Aqua Safaris strives to offer you the best possible prices on all products sold. If you find a better advertised price on an identical product, Aqua Safaris will match it if possible, and thank you for bringing the lower price to our attention.

The Fine Print:
• Aqua Safaris sells first-quality new merchandise with full manufacturer warranties. Aqua Safaris does not sell gray-market or black-market merchandise, factory seconds, returned products, opened boxes or products that do not carry any manufacturer warranty. Aqua Safaris may not be able to match prices offered by competitors selling such products. If you find a price which seems too good to be true, it probably is!
• Aqua Safaris reserves the right to correct typographical errors, and may not match advertised prices which appear to contain typographical errors.

Exclusions:
• “Commodity” products listed without brand identification. Aqua Safaris carries only top-quality merchandise from major vendors and may not be able to match the prices of inferior products in the same category.
• Tanks. Some vendors sell tanks at or below their cost to attract customers. Aqua Safaris does not do this. However, any tank purchased from Aqua Safaris is guaranteed to have up-to-date hydrotesting and visual inspection certifications.
• Cameras. Some cameras may be available from discount photo suppliers at lower prices. Usually these are gray-market or black-market products, and Aqua Safaris may not be able to match prices.
• Total purchases under $100. Aqua Safaris’ handling costs on small purchases limits the ability to match prices on small orders.
