About This Adventure …

Have you always dreamed of an encounter with hammerheads or whale sharks? Here’s your opportunity to have them both! Last year’s holiday adventure was unbeatable, so we're doing a repeat performance during an even more probable time for viewing such remarkable creatures.

We will be staying in the center of the tourist district surrounded by all the action, restaurants and night life. Daily breakfasts are included. We are chartering a large and fast dive boat that we will have exclusively each day for four days of diving. We will enjoy the beautiful beaches following our dives as lunch is included on dive days.

About La Paz …

La Paz is the capitol of Baja California Sur, which was founded on May 03, 1535 by Hernan Cortez. It is the oldest registered town in the peninsula of Baja California. After a rough start, La Paz has become one of the favorite tourist destinations in Baja, because of its culture and small-town atmosphere.

There are many interesting places to visit such as the Cathedral named after Nuestra Señora de La Paz, built 1861, that overlooks the plaza of the town. And don’t miss the Museum of Archaeology of Baja California, which displays over 1000 pieces that represent the early life of the peninsula, or try paint ball and visit the snake museum.

We invite you to enjoy the beautiful and serene beaches, such as Baranda, El Tecolote and Pichilingue, which are ideal to for snorkeling, kayaking, sportfishing and scuba diving. Discover the surrounding Islands with their incredible flora and fauna. We recommend you to consider a guided tour to the local ranches and cave paintings.

Beaches: South of the city on your way to Pichilingue, are beaches like Coromuel, Caimancito, Tesoro, Pichilingue, Balandra y Tecolote, with clear, warm waters year round and services such as showers, restrooms, restaurants & aquatic sports rentals.

Sportfishing is available all year round featuring cabrilla, dorado, groupers, blue marlin, jack cravelle, blank marlin, striped marlin, roosterfish, sailfish, sierra, wahoo, yellowfin and yellowtail.

Scuba diving is rewarded by the incredible sites such as El Bajo, an underwater mountain rising 60 ft. from surface where the schooling hammerheads were first spotted, Los Islotes, is home for more that 350 very playful sea lions, Salvatierra is a ferry shipwreck sunk in 1976, Las Animas a collection of tiny islets in front of San Jose Island, La Reina and la Reinita islets in front of Cerralvo Islands are also good locations.

Ecotourism expeditions are fascinating because of the wonderful flora and fauna of this area.
